Kyoshi-Shihan

Shihan Asna Ashari was born in 1964 in Iran. He started Kyokushin Karate in 1979. By obtaining his black belt in 1983, it was time to test his technical skills. He took first place in Provincial and National competitions in 1984 and 1985. Shihan Hamid opened his own Dojo in 1987 and this is still a successful Dojo in Iran. In order to further develop his karate career, he travelled to Japan in 1992.

He practiced hard in Honbu for five years where he achieved his black belt, 4th Dan, and was assigned as an official Iranian Branch Chief by Sosai Oyama. Shihan Hamid got his 5th Dan in 1999 and managed Iran’s Kyokushinkaikan Karate Organization until he decided to move to Canada in 2002. He was one of the first people to join Kancho Royama, the founder of Kyokushinkan, and established the Canadian Kyokushinkan Karate Organization in 2003. He received his black belt, 6th Dan in 2004, and Kyushi Shihan License in 2005. Shihan Asna Ashari tries his best to introduce the real Budo Karate, which he believes gives an edge in life.
